“DRU! Madison is fine. We would just like some privacy.” Carly sincerely says.

“Dru . . .” Kevin calmly says, as he takes hold of his wife’s arm.

“Kevin!” Dru calmly says as she hands Kevvy over to him, as she takes several deeps breaths.

“Dru! Trust Me! Everything is okay. We just need some time alone.”  Carly sincerely says.

“Alone! With them two?” Dru sarcastically states, as she glances over at Box and Proof.

“Yes Alone! They’re Leaving Also!” Carly confidently states, as she looks over at Box and Proof sitting on the sofa.

“Trust Me! You Two Can Breathe Without Him! Try It . . . You Might Like It!” Carly states jokily, trying desperately to lighten the mood of the room.

“I don’t like this!” Dru firmly states, as she walks over to Carly and hugs her tightly.

“No I’m not! I’m Mommy’s Big Boy.” Madison firmly states.

“I’ve been very stupid . . . . . . bad. I’ve never stopped loving your Mommy . . . .  but I never did anything about it.” Marshall sincerely explains, as he takes hold of Madison’s little hands.

“When I’m bad Mommy puts me in the playpen. I don’t like the playpen.”  Madison comments.

“BUT hopefully Mommy will give me a second chance to make things right.” Marshall says with confidences, and then smiles wondering if Madison really does understand everything he’s saying.

“I’m sorry that I’ve never been around . . . . . .” Marshall says but stops, wondering if Carly wants to tell Madison that he is his father.

“I’m boring you.” Marshall comments as Madison begins to squirm around, and he starts tickling his belly, and he begins giggling.

“Patty cake patty cake . . . . . let’s see . . . . . . patty cake patty cake baker man . . . . uh uh . . .” Marshall tries to recite correctly, but it being years since he recited it with Hailie, as he claps Madison’s hands.

“Let’s try again. Patty cake patty cake baker man bake baby and me a cake as fast as you can.” Marshall struggles to say with a laugh, as Madison giggles.

“Let’s go see Mommy.” Marshall says, as he stands with Madison.

“You almost had it.” Madison comments, as they’re going into the living room.

“She’s serious!” Marshall comments with a laugh as he walks into the living room catching what Carly just threatened.

“Alright! I’ll send the other guys over.” Box comments as Proof and him stand.

“Send me some clean clothes.” Marshall says as they walk towards the door.

“You’re kicking us out. But you need us?” Proof comments with a laugh.

“Yeah.” Marshall nonchalantly says with a smile, as he hands Madison over to Carly.

“You think maybe we can come back tomorrow?” Proof childishly asks with a laugh.

“Call First! . . . Bye!” Marshall says with a laugh.

“Bye Carly. If he gets on your nerves just call us. We’ll happily come back and slap him around for you.” Box jokily says as he kisses Carly on the cheek.

“Bye Bye.” Madison says with a smile, as Box and Proof wave bye to him as they are leaving.

“I can tell why you gave him back.” Carly comments with a laugh, as Marshall flops down on the sofa.

“Uh?” Marshall asks in confusion, as Carly starts up the steps laughing.

“Wet Diaper.” Carly simply comments with a laugh continuing up the steps.

“That’s why he got heavier.” Marshall jokily comments with a laugh as he tires to catch up with Carly.

“I can change diapers.” Marshall states, walking up behind Carly who’s beginning to change Madison lying in the crib.

Ill let you pass on this one.” Carly comments as she struggles with a squirming Madison.

“Do you want him back now?” Carly asks as she finishes and picks Madison up, and turns around to face Marshall.

“Yeah.” Marshall says laughing as Carly passes Madison to him shaking her head, as she leaves the room.

“Why didn’t you tell me?” Marshall asks as he playfully holds Madison up over his head.

“Mommy and Aunt Dru always know.” Madison says with a laugh, as Marshall lifts him up again.

“Do it again do it again.” Madison pleads, loving the funny feeling in his stomach, and the weird noises Marshall makes as he lifts him up and down.

“I’m hungry.” Carly states, as comes back in the room.

“Okay.” Marshall says as he stops lifting Madison in the air and looks at her, and he begins to cry.

“You’ve started something.” Carly comments with laugh, as she begins to leave the room, but stops as Madison begins yelling for E, and she realizes she hasn’t seen Elmo all day.

“What’s wrong?” Marshall asks in concern seeing Carly’s expression change to panic, and he quickly tightens his hold on Madison who’s crying is getting louder.

“We have to find E.” Carly states as she frantically looks around the room, and then quickly leaves, Marshall following.

Carly rushes down the steps to the overnight bag near the door praying E is there, as she frantically opens it.

“E.” Carly joyfully states as she stands and hands Madison Elmo, and he quickly calms down as he hugs his Elmo.

“He’s very attached to E. Especially when he is upset or sleepy.” Carly explains as they sit down on the sofa.

“Okay.” Marshall says, as he makes a very large mental note to remember, as he smiles down at Madison who holding tightly to the large red fuzzy stuffed animal.

“Now what’s for dinner?”  Marshall asks glancing over at Carly.

“Chinese.” Carly comments as she gets up and goes into the kitchen, quickly returning with a menu.

“Don’t scrunch up your noise. It’s better for you than Mexican.” Carly comments as she sits down and opens the take out menu.

“How do you figure?” Marshall asks as he lets a squirming Madison down, and he walks over to the toy box.

“I can’t believe he’s walking.” Carly comments as she watches Madison wobble over to the toy box.

“Number One Mexican food is spicy. Two you have an ulcer. Three Madison can’t have spicy food. Four I want Chinese. Shall I go on?” Carly sarcastically explains, as Marshall smiles.

“Mmmm No!” Marshall jokily says with a half laugh.

“So whada want?” Carly asks as she leans back, as she hands the menu to him.

“What’s the choices?” Marshall asks as he opens the menu.

Not able to make up their minds they order several different items, and while waiting for the food Carly showers, while Madison and Marshall watch Sesame Street VCR movies. They decide to eat in front of the television as Madison continues to watch the screen, but gets up several times to sample what’s on their plates. Marshall cel-phone rings during dinner and he gives the guys permission to bring his clothes to the door. After dinner Marshall lays in the floor beside Madison and watches him pull a toy out of the toy box and play with it several minutes before pulling out another one, as Carly sits on the sofa and watches them, wondering why life can’t always be this simple.
